Accidents happen. It's true. Every now and then a defective puzzle will show up with five corner pieces or a hole in the middle where someone's face should be. We understand.

If you find a puzzle like this, we ask first that you employ all due diligence before applying for further remedies from us. Check the vacuum cleaner. Look under chairs and tables. Check that Persian rug that could swallow a whole pizza and not show it. Ask the kids and the family dog.

If all else fails, then ask us. We may be aware of a defective batch of puzzles in the design you bought. Perhaps someone found a puzzle with extra pieces and turned them in to us.

Beyond this, each manufacturer has its own policy on these matters, so the remedy may vary from case to case or from instance to instance. We will do our level best, however, to make good on it and keep everyone happy.
