Language Support: Parlez-vous français? Sprechen sie Deutsch? Se habla Español? No matter. As far as possible, we have built JigBoxx to be usable in the language of your choice. We strive to meet all our customers on their own terms.

Currency Support: The default currency of JigBoxx is Canadian Dollars. We are a Canadian company, situated in Canada. But JigBoxx members can view our catalogue in several important international currencies, including Euros, US Dollars, Japanese Yen or Hong Kong Dollars, Australian and New Zealand Dollars, British Pounds, South African Rand, Israeli Shekels, Brazilian Real, Chilean or Argentine or Mexican Pesos, Singapore Dollars and Malaysian Ringgit.

JigBoxx Points: We use a "discount card" system to track purchases. Each puzzle is worth one, two or three points. JigBoxx cards get filled by spelling out J-I-G-B-O-X-X (7 pts). One filled card is worth one free puzzle from the one-point puzzle category. Two filled cards are worth one free puzzle from the two-point puzzle category. And three filled cards are worth one free puzzle from the three-point puzzle category (4000-6000 pcs). New members get two (2) free points on their first card just for signing up! Please Note: JigBoxx is not a "puzzle club" -- there is no obligation to buy puzzles. It's just a convenient way for frequent customers to earn loyalty discounts without having to buy puzzles in bulk.

Wish Lists: JigBoxx Members can start a Wish List of puzzles for future gift ideas. Or future treats for themselves! Wish Lists can be mailed out to friends and family, as a convenient way of dropping the hint for your next birthday or special occasion and to make the shopping experience that much easier for them.

Flower Power: JigBoxx Members can rate puzzles for other members and the public. After making a purchase, upon the next visit, Members have an opportunity to tell us all how much they enjoyed (or did not enjoy) their puzzles by putting a rating on each one of from 1 to 5 flowers (like stars) which will then display on that puzzle's page.
